Boca Raton family photographer hits the streets of Miami:

So it’s not every day that I can make the claim that I am a family photographer in Miami. Yup, I do hail from Miami Beach, I was born and raised down there. But these days I reside in Boca Raton and most of my sessions take place in the Palm Beach area. However, every so often I do make a trek south to Wynwood in Miami and when I do I am always in for a great time!

I have been capturing memories for this beautiful family for years! I absolutely love working with them. The kids love to participate in the family photo shoot and they are so easy to photograph. Last year we hit the beach at Boca Raton for their family portraits. I’ve also been their Boca Raton cake smash photographer a few times over. Here is their sweet little man’s cake smash. And we’ve done a few newborn session sessions in the Boca Raton studio as well. Here is the blog post from the arrival of their little prince. Well this year mom wanted something colorful and different. Wynwood in Miami was just the thing!

The day of our Miami family photo shoot arrives:

How fun are these outfits mom chose?! I just love all the color, it was so perfect for our sunset photo shoot on the streets of Miami. We did a ton of walking, the kids were such troopers. But then again around every corner there was something new and exciting to check out. What I love about the Wynwood area of Miami is that every time I go there I am guaranteed to see new art up on the walls. Even as someone who has visited the area many times, I am always in awe.

I picked some of photos I loved the best to showcase in this blog post, but really we had sooooo many great ones. I absolutely love the photo of the family sitting on the step in front of the the black and white wall. As well as the photograph of the kids running down the side walk. And how sweet is that pink wall that says love letters on it. Super perfect for a ‘girl’ photo. The girls had fun picking out their favorite walls for their individual portraits. It was fun watching them light up every time we came across a new exciting graffiti wall.
