Being a Delray Beach photographer is the best job ever:

I’m not kidding, being a Delray Beach newborn photographer is the best job ever! I mean how lucky can a girl! It is such an honor to photograph so many beautiful babies and capture cherished memories for families!

I loved the time I spent with sweet baby Demi and her family.  It was wonderful meeting not just her parents but Demi’s grandmother and aunt as well.  I love that dad brought along his police officer’s hat and badge, Demi fit so perfectly in the hat.

Some of my favorite photos from this shoot are of newborn baby Demi in my vintage tin with the sweetest smile across her face. I know they say smiles in a newborn are just gas, but oh my when it happens it’s just so sweet! Another favorite photo is one of Demi in dad’s police officer’s hat. I mean how sweet is that! To look back and say you once fit into daddy’s hat, oh my love it!

 Once the session was complete mom and dad returned to my Boca Raton studio to choose the products and images they loved best. I cannot wait to get this family the beautiful canvas wall art and album they ordered, I know they will treasure them for always.

Here’s some helpful information on when to book your Delray Beach newborn photographer

Newborn sessions are best done before 14 days of age. Naomi will make every effort to schedule your newborn session between 5-12 days after birth. Babies at this age are very sleepy, easily posed, less fussy, and have become accustomed to nursing. As newborns get older they tend to be more challenging to pose and settle, may develop baby acne, and have longer wake periods. For these reasons, it is best that the newborn session be scheduled early.

If, however, you have an older newborn, please reach out. While scheduling the session for under two weeks of age is preferred, Naomi regularly photographs older babies and she would be happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever her schedule permits.
