Setting up for this Boca Raton cake smash:

I had so much fun planning this Boca Raton cake smash photo shoot! Tora’s parents came up with a wonderful idea and I had fun creating it for them. Tora’s name is derived from Thor, the god associated with lightning. So with that in mind (as well as knowing that mom and dad loved purple) I created a cake smash backdrop with clouds and lightning bolts. I then worked hand in hand with my custom cake designer who created the perfect cake for this Boca Raton photo shoot. When Tora’s parents walked into the studio they were so happy with the outcome, yay!

Now it’s time for cake:

We started off our cake smash photo shoot with some portraits of Tora. I incorporated props we had used at both her newborn and little sitter photo shoot sessions. I always think it’s fun to see just how much your children have grown since they were itty bitty newborns in those same props. We then turned out attention to the cake smash. And oh, Tora did not disappoint. She went straight for the cake and enjoyed every bite! The photos we got of her are just so adorable. She just loved every part of this photo shoot. Here splashing around and even trying to eat the bubbles make for some super cute photos.

The Big Reveal:

A few weeks after our cake smash photo shoot in Boca Raton, mom and dad came back to the studio to see Tora’s images. They were in love! I helped them narrow down their favorites and choose some really beautiful wall art as well as an heirloom album. They are going to treasure these pieces for always!
