Boca Raton Beach Cake Smash

Happy Birthday Zain!

Oh what a fun Boca Raton beach cake smash this was! A few months previous I had photographed a little sitter session for Zain. (You can check out those adorable pictures here.) For this shoot his beautiful big sister joined. Mom even jumped in for a couple of shots.

We started our photo session up on the sand dunes. The light filtering through the hedges at this time of day is perfect. It gives the photos the most beautiful warm hue. As the sun set a bit more we headed towards the water.

The boat props were a big hit with everyone and the resulting photos turned out great! Mom had requested a sibling facing the water shot. We got a great one! Nailed it!

Yes beach cake smash sessions are messy. If you are ok with the possibility of your little one eating a bit of sand along with their cake you will get the most beautiful photos. My cake designer did a wonderful job with this cake, it was just what we were looking for. Zain and his big sister really enjoyed it!
