But now onto this year’s beach photoshoot. I won’t lie, when we first arrived at the beach I was a bit worried. It was super windy, it had been drizzling off and on all day, and the clouds were ominous. I discussed with mom the possibility of pushing the photo shoot off and finding a day with better weather. Ultimately after weighing the options we decided to move forward with our shoot. And boy am I glad we did. I love a good gloomy sky at the beach, in photos it adds so much depth and feeling. When mom saw the final results she was overwhelmed with emotion and was so happy with the pictures.
